Cancellation Policy

A maximum of 2 one-hour lessons per day, totaling 2 hours. Terms and Conditions for Driving Instructor Services 1. Lesson Bookings ​ 1.1 All lessons must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time slot. 1.2 A minimum notice period of 48 hours is required for any rescheduling or cancellation of booked lessons. ​ 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling ​ 2.1 To receive a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. 2.2 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 48 hours before the lesson will incur a fee of 50% of the lesson cost. 2.3 No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged. ​ 3. Punctuality ​ 3.1 Please arrive promptly for your scheduled lesson. The instructor will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes; after this period, the lesson will be considered terminated. 3.2 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be assumed that you are not attending, and the full lesson fee will be charged with no refund. 3.3 In the case of an emergency or unavoidable delay, please notify your instructor as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. ​ 4. Lesson Duration ​ 4.1 Each lesson is scheduled for 60 minutes unless otherwise specified. 4.2 The instructor will make every effort to ensure the entire lesson time is used effectively for instruction and practice. ​ 5. Lesson Materials ​ 5.1 A well-maintained, dual-controlled vehicle will be provided by the instructor for all lessons. 5.2 You must bring a valid provisional or full driving license to each lesson. ​ 6. Driving Test Preparation ​ 6.1 The instructor will offer guidance and practice to help you prepare for both the theory and practical driving tests. 6.2 Please note that the successful completion of your driving test cannot be guaranteed, as it is dependent on your individual performance and skills. ​​ 7. Safeguarding ​ 7.1 Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. All instructors are trained in safeguarding procedures to ensure a secure learning environment. 7.2 If you have any concerns or special requirements, please discuss them with your instructor before the lesson. ​ 8.
